This piece titled "one last chance" is based off of add9 arpeggios which the guitar plays throughout the entire piece the formula for these arpeggios being a root, perfect fifth, ninth and third/tenth (e.g. G D A Bb) the piano harmonises the melody by using upper chord extensions, Altered chords and suspended chords. The 7th and final beat of the bar plays a passing chord to create tension and a pleasant resolution onto the next bar where I have experimented with different chord motions making use of parallel major's and minor's. The bass guitar continues the harmony by playing octaves of the fifth of the first chord, then the root of the second chord before finally playing an arpeggio of the final chord to once again to create tension for the resolution on the next bar
